The position is part time. You will rotate game and scorekeeping duties with another official. State certified officials will earn $25.00 per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. View all openings and apply online at https://www.ymcanoco.org/careers. Responsibilities Provide leadership to all participants and coaches by knowing, understanding, and implementing the rules of the game. Ensuring the safety of the playing area. Officials will make sure the overall program runs smoothly and safely with all games starting and ending on schedule. Other duties as assigned. Age 16 years or older. Significant involvement with the sport and/or experience officiating. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days. Fair, direct and agreeable attitude.
