Job Description

Overview The YMCA is seeking Youth Sports Site Supervisors. We offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities Ensure program participants are learning introductory skills through the rules of play and the Y Way to Play. Assist in parent interaction. Ensure the program is running smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule. Other duties as assigned. Ability to organize and engage groups of children. Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill. Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members.
