The Town of Enfield's Youth Center is looking for an engaging and positive individual who enjoys working with youth ages 8-18. Our Youth Center is a welcoming drop-in space where Enfield's young people can connect, learn, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. We offer a variety of activities including basketball, pool tables, video games, cooking activities, homework help, and more. As a Youth Center Assistant, you will help create a space where youth feel encouraged, included, and excited to participate.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and engage youth ages 8-18 in daily activities Encourage positive social interaction and teamwork Assist with games, cooking activities, homework help, and recreational programs Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Additional hours may be available during the summer.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or youth required Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with young people Licensed driver preferred, but not required
