Activities Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide recreation and care engaging residents in a leisure activity, socially, emotionally, physically and Spiritually. Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. Previous Long-Term Care experience or memory care experience preferred.
