Job Description

Candlewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Recreation Aide to join our wonderful Recreation team. As a Recreation Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by planning and implementing recreational programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and cognitive stimulation.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute recreational activities, including but not limited to arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities Adapt programs to meet the changing needs and abilities of our residents Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive community Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic care to our residents Maintain accurate records and reports of recreational activities and resident participation

Qualifications:
