Visitor Experience Assistant The Midtown Group - 3.6 Washington, DC Job Details Part-time $19 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Crowd incident management Personal service experience with children Crowd management security protocols Data entry Data collection Full Job Description We are hiring Visitor Experience Assistants to support peak operations at a beautiful Museum in Washington, DC. This role will provide weekend support, on a 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. The initial schedule will include Fridays & Saturdays, with an additional Sunday added in later. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a high-volume public environment.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service. Assisting with entry flow and wayfinding Collecting attendance and zip code data Supporting crowd management and maintaining an organized environment Assisting with activities and programs for school aged children and groups Monitoring safety and reporting incidents promptly What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and approachable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual for a consistent schedule Experience working with children is a plus
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
