TITLE/ROLE
: Activities Supervisor
DEPARTMENT
Recreation Inspired by the lyrics and island lifestyle of singer Jimmy Buffett, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale is a destination resort with RV Camping and Cabana Cabins. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assure all activities are accomplished efficiently.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of all daily tasks, events, etc.
  • Monitor the individual progress of each team member.
  • Conduct adult and children activities.
  • Set up and clean up activities immediately upon conclusion.
  • Conduct arts and crafts with the adults and children.
  • Monitor pools and slide - check wristbands, assure slide rules are being followed, no glass at pool.
  • Monitor rules and participants at basketball courts, gaga pits, cornhole, and mini golf.
  • Must be able to communicate basic resort information to guests.
  • Conduct and monitor special events including but not limited to themed golf cart parades, foam parties, contests, games etc.
  • Engage with guests to make them aware of events and activities taking place.
  • Responsible for enforcing safety rules and procedures with guests.
  • Provide the most memorable guest experience possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to manage team of Activity Associates.
  • Must be available to work weekend and holiday hours.
  • Energetic
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and good judgement.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Deliver exceptional experience for guests.
  • Skill in attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferably in hospitality.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
