Activity Aide Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, and social events, tailored to meet the needs and interests of our residents Encourage participation and socialization among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs and special events Assist with documenting resident activities and progress, as necessary Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility standards and regulations

Activity Aide Requirements:

Prior experience preferred (entry-level opportunities available) Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families How to
