A Recreation or Activities Worker leads tours and vacation trips in outdoor or wilderness areas. Leads hiking, rafting, canoeing, climbing or diving activities for a group. Provides specialized knowledge about the history, terrain, ecology or wildlife for the tour. Manages transportation, equipment and provisions and assists with cooking.

Job Description
$15.58 Hour Monday to Friday 2PM to 6PM (20-25 Hours a week) Some Saterday work will be required. Must have 45 Hours of DCF Childcare and complete or have CPR and First Aid certifications. Must complete all screenings required Drug and Background. This is a childcare position that will be working with school age children ages 4y-12y in our After School Program. Employee will also work a few special events throughout the year which are scheduled on evenings or on a Saturday. Employee will be informed prior by schedule. Employee must have 45 hrs of Child Care Training thru DCF. This is obtained thru www.myflfamilies.com. Employees are also required to obtain 10 in-service hours per year to maintain their certification. #FTM
