Duties Provide engaging tennis instruction tailored to players' ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors Lead group clinics, private lessons, and team training sessions to improve technique, strategy, and fitness Organize and oversee tennis events, tournaments, and competitions that encourage participation and camaraderie Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing facility rules and maintaining proper equipment setup Communicate effectively with clients to assess their goals, provide feedback, and foster ongoing engagement Maintain a clean, organized court environment and ensure all equipment is in excellent condition Support other sports programs by assisting with related activities such as swimming or fitness classes when needed Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching or tennis instruction with a strong background in teaching physical education or sports-specific training Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage behavior effectively Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols Experience working with children or youth in sports settings to promote positive development and teamwork Familiarity with health club operations or gym environments is a plus Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and community engagement Additional experience in lifeguard duties, martial arts (such as Karate or Judo), soccer coaching, cheerleading, climbing, basketball, or other sports enhances your versatility as a coach Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for tennis meets your talent for coaching!
