Duties Lead engaging activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and care needs Assist with daily activities of residents by supporting their participation in programs and encouraging social interaction Build strong rapport with residents through compassionate communication and personalized engagement strategies Collaborate with care staff to integrate activity plans with individual care plans and monitor residents' participation and progress Manage scheduling of activities to ensure consistent delivery of programs while accommodating residents' routines and preferences Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activity feedback, and program outcomes for quality assurance Requirements Proven experience in event planning, recreational therapy, or senior care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with seniors and team members Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for documentation and program planning purposes Demonstrated skill in program development, schedule management, and resident rapport building Compassionate attitude focused on enhancing quality of life for seniors while promoting independence and engagement Join us in creating a lively, supportive environment where seniors thrive!
