Sarasota's Best Summer Camp and After School Program, a new youth enrichment program serving elementary aged children in Sarasota.

Responsibilities include:

Leading children through the program's structured daily schedule Supervising and actively engaging with elementary-age children Organizing and leading age-appropriate games, sports, enrichment activities, and group transitions Explaining activity rules and expectations clearly Encouraging teamwork, confidence, good sportsmanship, and positive behavior Maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment Assisting with setup, cleanup, and other daily program responsibilities Communicating professionally with children, families, and team members We are especially interested in coaches who have experience teaching or leading one or more of the following activities: Dance, sports, P.E

• style games and activities, arts & crafts K-5 educational or enrichment activities Our motto is "We are the BEST!" To qualify for our amazing team, you must meet the following requirements:
• Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Must have experience working with children
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! :)
• Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication.

This awesome job will be between 15-20 hours per week at $20.00-26.00 per hour. Some days may require arriving earlier or leaving earlier depending on program need. Occasional weekend hours may also be available for special events, and those will always be scheduled in advance. We also have several opportunities each year to earn commission and bonuses!
