What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities As the Boarding PM Team Lead , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our furry guests have a safe, stimulating, and delightful stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising the afternoon and evening boarding team to maintain exceptional care standards.
• Overseeing personalized services, room service treats, and ensuring safety and positive interactions among pets of various breeds and personalities.
• Managing daily routines, including feeding, cleaning, and video/photo updates.
• Monitoring pet behavior and addressing any concerns with care and professionalism.
• Communicating effectively with team members and pet parents to ensure a seamless experience.
• Upholding BayPaws' commitment to luxury care and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with multiple breeds and personality types.
• Is comfortable working afternoons and evenings (until 10 PM) .
• Can lift at least 40 lbs to assist with pets and supplies as needed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to the table.
• Shares our love for pets and commitment to their well-being.
