Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Activities Coordinator at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida✨✨✨ Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Pay:

$40,000 salary

BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise students. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
