Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others and creating meaningful experiences for seniors? We're seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Activities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help foster a vibrant, resident-centered environment by planning and supporting engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and quality of life. If you're a team player who enjoys building relationships and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Assist with resident assessments, activity planning, and maintaining activity profiles. Help organize and facilitate a variety of recreational and social programs, including games, crafts, movies, parties, and special events. Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Support religious services, community celebrations, and other resident-focused programs. Collaborate with the Community Life Director to enhance and expand activity offerings. Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches that improve resident experiences and program effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience providing recreational or activity services in a healthcare, senior living, or related setting preferred. Valid, current, and unrestricted state driver's license required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service and care to residents.
