Job Description

Overview Scope of Position:
Assist the Activities & Culture team with the creation of engaging camper activities, cultural elements, and logistics that support an excellent camp experience.
Reports to:
Team Leader, Activities & Culture — Camps WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. We do this through five core ministries that each use scriptural truth to offer summer camp, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment. Responsibilities Create engaging activities playbooks for designated skills and recreational activities Incorporates child development research, the WinShape Camps recipe, and Camper Engagement frameworks into camp activities assigned Builds lists of ordering and logistics needs for various activities playbooks assigned Coordinates with the warehouse team to pass off inventory needs and ensure camp teams are equipped with necessary inventory Assists in other Activities & Culture projects as needed Qualifications Preferred experience with at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp (not required). Ability to work remotely while managing time efficiently. Preferred experience in customer service and project management. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Intermediate skills in written and verbal communication, time management and organization. Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, serving with a pleasant, patient and friendly tone in all types of communication A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
