Under the direction of the Sports and Leisure Ministry Director, the Sports Supervisor is the key on-site contact during games and practices.
Primary duties include:
  • Supervise youth soccer games and practices.
  • Assist with minor field preparation and control of the overall game site.
  • Oversee and support field staff.
  • Enforce rules and safety precautions of the facility/field.
  • Communicate with staff, coaches, players and parents.
  • Ability to step in and referee/coach as needed.
  • Read and understand the Safety Guidelines for each sport.
  • Perform other such duties that are consistent with the nature of the position and that may be requested by the head coach
Education and Experience:
  • Must be at least 25 years.
  • Previous coaching experience in assigned sport is desired
  • Has knowledge and background in the assigned sport
  • Serve as an appropriate role model for youth staff and student athletes through his/her instructions and actions
  • High School or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Physical Demands:
Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and be able to be at eye level with children. Be able to stand, sit, talk, hear, walk or run. He/she may periodically need to reach, stoop, crouch, or kneel.
Work schedule:
This is a part-time position in which hours (from 12-20hrs) will vary based on season and schedule.
For Soccer Season:
Staff is needed from August 24, 2026
  • November 7, 2026 and March
  • May 2027 (Dates to come). Monday
  • Friday 4:30pm
  • 7pm and Saturdays from 8am
  • 2:00 pm.
For Basketball Season:
Staff is needed from November 16, 2026
  • February 6, 2027. Monday
  • Friday 3:30-8:30pm, Saturdays from 8am
  • 8pm and Sundays 12-4pm.
