Sports Event Host / Game-Day Coordinator E&E Athletics is seeking reliable, energetic, and professional Sports Event Hosts / Game-Day Coordinators to assist with upcoming youth, high school, and adult sporting events throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Responsibilities Serve as an on-site representative of E&E Athletics Assist with team, coach, and participant check-in Help keep games and events running according to schedule Communicate with referees, scorekeepers, coaches, security, and event staff Direct teams and participants to appropriate courts/fields Assist with announcements and general event communication when needed Help resolve minor game-day concerns and escalate larger issues to management Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized event environment Follow E&E Athletics policies and game-day procedures Qualifications Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, professional, and punctual Comfortable communicating with athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and staff Ability to remain calm and professional during busy sporting events Sports or event-management experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation Weekend availability preferred

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour , based on experience and assignment.
