Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA), in partnership with the Glen Ellyn Park District, is seeking enthusiastic and supportive Adaptive Gymnastics Staff to assist athletes ages 5-17 in an all-levels gymnastics program. This program provides a fun, encouraging environment where participants can build confidence, develop physical skills, and enjoy the sport of gymnastics at their own pace. Coaches support athletes as they explore floor exercises, bars, beams, foam pits, and more while fostering a positive and inclusive experience. Experience working with children or teens preferred. Interest in gymnastics, recreation, education, special education, therapy, or related fields. Ability to provide positive support and encouragement to participants of varying abilities. Reliable, patient, energetic, and team oriented. Previous gymnastics experience is preferred but not required.
