Role:

Provide recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance the resident's overall experience, including arts and crafts, outings, and social events Collaborate with the activities department to plan and execute daily activities, ensuring a varied and engaging schedule Assist with the development and implementation of individualized activity plans for residents Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities and resident participation Provide support and assistance to the activities staff as needed

Responsibilities:

Participate in the planning and implementation of activity programs and events Assist with preparing materials and supplies for activities and events Provide transportation for residents to and from activities and events (as needed) Maintain a clean and organized activity area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and family members
