What You'll Be Doing (Besides Having a Blast): Leading daily resident and guest activities that are fun, meaningful, and totally unforgettable Helping guide other activities team members and volunteers with your contagious enthusiasm Staying organized and efficient (because even karaoke needs a game plan!) Supporting resident choice and satisfaction—because this is their home, and fun is personal Teaming up with coworkers to make every day feel like a celebration Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year job experience in long-term care or similar environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
