Description Assists director with the overall management of the Wellness Center Facility. Directs individual and/or group wellness programs and activities, in coordination with Physical Therapy services. Designs and markets wellness programs in the community, for recruitment and retention of members. Other roles and responsibilities.

Requirements Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Health/Business Management and/or minimum of two years related management experience. National certifications, (i.e.

NSCA, ACSM, ACE

) and health education preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership skill required.

Physical Requirements:

Work is of medium to heavy demand. Routine lifting requirements up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting requirements up to 100 pounds. Lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, sitting, bending and reaching required. Exposure to warm and humid temperatures.
