Membership Coordinator Reports to: Owner, Keith Suttle and our team here at Correct2
Compete Supervises:
Part Time Help and Seasonal Employees This position is vital to the success of our clients and our company. The membership experience is vital to our Sports Performance Coaches and Golf Instructors and is responsible for the creation and execution of personalized plans that drive results for golfers and youth athletes. Providing motivation, accountability, and discipline for the team is critical while making the process of improving fun and purposeful. This position is designed for a motivated, driven, detail focused and creative individual dedicated to helping others and wanting to grow the game of golf through athletic development. Main Responsibilities Constant client interaction and lead tracking Creating training and practice programs for golfers and athletes Updating and implementing practice programs on the training app for clients Assisting with drills, explanations, or demonstrations Tracking the success of programs Building relationships with multiple client profiles Managing and creating company marketing Membership Relations, Sales and Retention Researching and remaining up-to-date with latest trends Skills Passionate towards growing the game of golf Excited to coach all athletes Motivated by helping others Knowledge of latest golf technology Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Experience Preferred 1-2 years of fitness or golf membership programs Golf or Fitness background is helpful Teaching, coaching, or management experience CRM or Detailed Client Tracking Customer Service or Sales understanding Compensation (Full-Time) Hourly plus commission (based on membership revenue)
