Role:

As an Activity Aide-FT, you will be responsible for: Planning and implementing recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents, tailored to their individual needs and preferences Coordinating with the rehabilitation team to incorporate activities into individualized treatment plans Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and progress Building relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Participating in daily care conferences and contributing to care planning discussions Providing support to other departments as needed, such as assisting with mealtime, transportation, and medication management

Requirements:
