Duties and Responsibilities:
Support supervision of program participants, especially those assigned to you. Help ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive program environment. Assist with transitions, timely arrival/departure to activities, and general group movement. Support implementation of the Code of Conduct and Conflict Resolution Plan. Help with minor behavior management under staff direction. Assist with training sessions, workshops, and enrichment activities led by staff or guest presenters. Help distribute materials, set up program spaces, and clean up after activities. Complete required documentation (daily logs, incident reports, rosters, youth check-ins, etc.). Assist with organizing supplies, filing, copying, data entry, and other office tasks as assigned. Maintain clear, timely communication with department staff. Protect the confidentiality of all youth, families, and program matters at all times.
Qualification and Requirements:
KSU undergraduate/graduate student Background Check Clearance Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to assist with minor conflicts and support youth respectfully. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic digital tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Minimal exposure to physical risk. Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment, with occasional community-based activities
