This position plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting in the planning and engaging in activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities.
- Encourage all residents to participate and build a relationship with them
- Help with transportation as needed
- Assist with monthly activity calendar
- Decorate for holidays and special occasions
Qualifications:
- Experience in activities, or working with seniors
- Compassionate, patient, and a fun positive attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license
