Here's more of what the position entails: This is a part time position of 20-25 hours/week , includes 4 weekday evenings and 1 weekend morning. Responsible for managing the sales lead process and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide Trial Members through their TITLE Boxing Club workout Helping maintain the amazing member experience where people achieve the highest levels of physical and mental wellness and have fun while doing so Compliance with and adherence to TBC Standard Operating Procedures for daily club operations Model all club activities through self-involvement (leading by example) Ensure TBC branding through consistency and continuity in all actions Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's). Assist in planning and promoting special events for the club on a monthly basis Assist in local lead generation. Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound. Are You Qualified?
