Delivering Solutions that
Matter:
Assist with providing engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents' individual needs and care goals. Document participation and progress accurately. Assist with coordinating and supervising group activities, special events, concerts, and other activities, ensuring residents are safely escorted and actively engaged. Safely transport residents to recreational outings and appointments by driving community vans and assisting with resident transfers as needed. Qualifications for
Success:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1-year experience working in an Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred Moderate to advanced computer skills - specifically with MS Office including Work, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel. Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written Benefits for
