Job Description
Join a dynamic fitness team as an Assistant Fitness Director , responsible for leading New Member Orientations , including biometrics and goal-setting, coaching members and trainers, and driving personal training sales . Key duties include managing PT leads , ensuring accurate member records, and supporting club operations during peak hours. Qualifications include a nationally recognized personal training certification and current CPR/AED certification . The role requires a friendly, organized professional with strong communication and sales skills , tech-savviness, and flexibility. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in related fields and at least one year of personal training experience .
