The Role:
Activity Aide As our new Activity Aide, you'll be the heartbeat of fun and engagement for our residents! Your mission? To create and lead programs that inspire, energize, and connect while meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of the amazing individuals we serve.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to our residents' unique interests. Be our residents' cheerleader—track their participation and keep notes on their progress. Welcome new residents like a pro, making them feel right at home. Collaborate with community volunteers to bring fresh energy and ideas to our activity calendar. Prioritize safety and infection control while keeping the fun rolling. Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff while fostering a warm, respectful environment.
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent Experience in a Healthcare Setting A passion for people and a knack for creating moments that matter. Team spirit, a bubbly personality, and the ability to make everyone feel included.

Schedule:
