This role provides supervision, coordinates activities, and helps create a safe and positive environment where students can thrive. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support structured recreation events and activities that promote physical, creative, and social development. Plan and facilitate recreation and leadership programs in collaboration with Center departments and community resources. Support evening programming and student engagement activities. Supervise students while promoting safety, respect, accountability, and positive behavior. Maintain accurate student participation records and required documentation. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, program requirements, and student accountability standards. Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, and facilities, including inventory tracking and organization. Recommend equipment purchases and complete minor equipment repairs as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming recreation environment. Plan, prioritize, and complete assignments effectively while meeting program goals. Mentor and model Career Success Standards by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and leadership. Qualifications ✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with youth, recreation programs, student activities, or community programs preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to engage and motivate young adults in a positive environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
