Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Fitness Assistant to join our sports and fitness team. In this role, you will support the delivery of fitness programs and activities, with a strong focus on working with children. You will help lead and supervise exercise sessions, keep participants safe and motivated, and create a positive, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and supervising fitness and exercise activities for kids
- Support participant safety and demonstrate proper exercise technique
- Help set up, organize, and maintain equipment and activity spaces
- Foster a fun, encouraging, and motivating atmosphere
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic fitness and exercise experience
