Primary Duties & Responsibilities To be always an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove's Core Values Assist the Courtesy Patrol Manager and Courtesy Patrol Leads with the necessary support to keep Point Sebago a safe property for all guests and employees. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, units, activities, entertainment, and amenities Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each other Exhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; be able to react calmly and professional Specifically, when interacting with guest both on and off the property A working knowledge of registered and non-registered guests A continued knowledge of all Point Sebago Staff and Guest Policies and how to enforce them. Always maintain a friendly and calm presence on property Always supports and follows all Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy Patrol all of Point Sebago's Property either by Motor Patrol, Golf Cart Patrol, or Bike Patrol Keep an accurate Patrol Log of daily tasks as they are completed while on patrol Must be able to cover the Gate House if requested by Manager or Lead Assist in making sure that "Curfew and Quiet Hours" are being followed and perform nightly checks of locked doors Willingness to learn our Resort Management Software (RMS) Must be willing to work Weekends and Holidays All other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED A passion for teamwork Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills Analytical & creative approach to problem solving Must have a clean driving record Compensation $16.00 - $18.00 DOE, up to $19 for overnight positions.
