•CWS Salary Range $16.08 per hour Position Level N/A Working Hours and/or Working Conditions Baseball and softball games are outdoors during March, April and May so any weather is possible.
HOURS:
To be determined. Work hours will be based on college work-study funding. Scheduled work hours may not conflict with class hours. Position terminates at end of semester or when award is exhausted. Hours may not exceed 30 per week. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basketball, baseball and softball statistical knowledge. Must have knowledge of computer skills in Word, Excel and web page networking. Must have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with athletic staff, coaches, and students, and relate well to student athletes. Supervision

None Description Benefits Questions Job Function Assist the Sports Information Coordinator with publicizing information and promoting events and activities of the Athletic department. Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester. All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified':
•a current student at Macomb Community College taking
AT LEAST 6
credit hours.
•currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid

Job Responsibilities Update athletic website, including schedules, rosters, student athlete bios, coach bios, news pages, etc. Coordinate team, individual, and action photographs for publicity purposes Update Hall of Fame members Have beginning inventory report filled out if a host bar is offered. Secure team statistics Gather information for publications (Media Guide, Year in Review, Handbook, Camp Brochures, etc) Serve as liaison for SAAC Assist with event preparation (home events, banquets, golf outings, etc) Perform data entry Perform related duties as assigned. Education High school graduate or GED equivalent. Qualifications Knowledge of basketball, baseball or softball. Ability work nights and weekends as schedule dictates. Willingness to help out as needed and be flexible with schedule.
