Supervise daily Sportsbook operations during assigned shifts. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Sportsbook team members. Monitor wagering activity and identify irregularities or potential compliance concerns. Resolve guest issues and escalated concerns in a professional and timely manner. Supervise cashiers to ensure accuracy when issuing and redeeming betting slips for guests while providing gaming information and abiding by all gaming regulations and requirements. Ensure that all employees perform services and transactions in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous Sportsbook supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel. Strong guest service skills and conflict resolution abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods at a time. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment with frequent guest interaction.
