Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Develop and implement creative programs that support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Create meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life and promote resident engagement. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Experience planning and implementing activities or socialization programs preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. A self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for serving seniors. Strong ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate programs and activities.
