Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Skilled Nursing team as an Activity Assistant which is responsible for implementing a varied scope of activities and recreation. This full-time position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing each day as an
Activity Assistant:
Provides input and takes initiation of creative programs for both high and low-level functioning residents. Daily charting of attendance, one on one room visits, and reporting any significant changes in behavior to the Activity Director. Will participate in contributing to the monthly Newsletter. Transporting residents to and from activities, passing and reading mail to residents, organizing and supervising group activities, helping with the passing of meal trays and dining room set up, assisting with out of building activities.
