VI-A CONSTRUCTION

is looking for a Roofing Restoration Sales Representative who combines the empathy of a trusted advisor with the drive of a top sales performer. We do more than replace roofs. We help homeowners protect one of the most important investments they have: their home. We are looking for a Roofing Restoration Claims & Sales Representative who will work directly with homeowners through the insurance restoration process. This role is focused on helping customers after storm, wind, hail, or weather-related roof damage by educating them, inspecting their property, documenting damage, and helping guide them through the roof replacement process. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own transportation, phone, and business expenses. In exchange, you'll have uncapped earning potential directly tied to your results. What You'll Do:

This is a hybrid sales role combining inside and outside responsibilities: Work inside: generate leads, schedule inspections, and manage client communication Work outside: meet property owners, assess property damage, and close deals You'll be trained in a high-ticket sales model, meaning fewer deals with significantly higher commissions per close.
