BridgeWater at Mankato , a 24-unit Assisted Living community, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Activity Aide . In this role, you'll enhance the lives of our residents by leading engaging activities and fostering a vibrant, interactive environment. You'll collaborate with the Activity Coordinator to create new opportunities for socialization, learning, and enjoyment.

Position Details:

Evening Shift Available (3p-7p) Weekend and Holiday Hours (12p-7p)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with a variety of activities for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being through engaging programs (bingo, games, arts & crafts, trivia, etc.). Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager to develop new, fun, and meaningful activities for residents. Assist residents during meal times by engaging in conversation, occasionally helping serve room trays, and checking in on their needs.

A passion for working with the elder population. Previous experience in senior care or activity coordination is preferred but not required.
