Job Description
Description Gymnastics Lead (School Year 2026-2027) Instruct and assist with preschool and youth gymnastics programs in a safe environment. Curriculum provided for part-time positions. Training provided prior to program start. Programs run September through May. Programs are held on Saturdays. Must be available to work 3 out of 4 Saturdays each month . No programs are held on holiday weekends. Essential Functions Plan, organize and direct activities for all ages in a recreation setting. Provide support as needed for all participants and staff to create an inclusive environment. Work as part of a team to ensure quality programs for all ages. Follow staff policies and procedures. Ensure all staff and participants follow the established policies and procedures. Provide a safe, fun and appropriate experience of all participants. Qualifications Must have experience working with youth Must have previous gymnastics or dance experience. Must be 16 years of age by employment start date.
