Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding guests through our zipline courses while prioritizing their safety and enjoyment. Providing clear instructions and demonstrations to guests of all experience levels. Conducting safety checks on equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Creating a welcoming and positive environment with your excellent customer service skills. Working independently and collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional experience. Performing physically demanding tasks and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to submit to random drug/alcohol screenings . Ability to pass a background check prior to employment. Reliable transportation and a dependable means of communication.
