Were looking for friendly, energetic, and organized Pro-shop Attendant who thrives in a sports environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-volume sports facility and see firsthand what it takes to run successful programs and engage athletes and their families.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet players, families, and coaches with a positive and welcoming attitudeManage scheduling for lessons, camps, clinics, and facility rentals using booking softwareHandle phone and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and eventsAssist in selling memberships with knowledge about benefits of joining, etc. Facilitate check-ins for camps, clinics, lessons, cage rentals, and special eventsProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and retail areaAssist management with minor administrative and facility-related tasksAssist with set-up and breakdown of training areas and events as neededRestock refrigerator and concession stand as needed.

Qualifications:
Passion for baseball, softball, or sports in generalStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual, and professionalOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlySoftware requirements using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other systemsAbility to work evenings, nights, and weekendsAbility to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of timeThis job description does not list all the duties of the job.
