Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead meaningful activities for adults with special needs Design opportunities that promote wellness, movement, and healthy living Coordinate or lead music, recreation, and creative programs Encourage and support residents in both social and physical engagement Assist with light cleaning, setup, and organization of activity spaces Foster a positive, uplifting environment that strengthens community connections Collaborate with staff to ensure the best care and experiences for residents Schedule This is a part-time role with a consistent weekly schedule and alternating weekends:

Weekdays:

4:00 PM - 8:00

PM Weekends:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM 44 hours per pay period Qualifications A genuine passion for supporting adults with special needs and enhancing quality of life Strong communication and organizational skills Creativity and energy for planning engaging, fun activities Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in activities coordination or caregiving is a plus—but not required Why Join Us?
