Please discuss with our hiring managers during our selection processes What you will do Assist with the daily operations of the Children's Department and winter activity programming Lead and support engaging children's activities, games, crafts, and special events for resort guests Facilitate age-appropriate indoor and outdoor winter recreation experiences Ensure all children's activity areas are clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked Complete opening and closing procedures for the Children's Department Maintain supplies, equipment, and activity materials Provide exceptional guest service to children and their families while creating memorable experiences Assist with holiday programming, themed events, and special seasonal activities Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow associates regarding activity schedules and guest needs Support the promotion and execution of children's programming throughout the resort Deliver on guests' expectations and create memorable "WOW" moments Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs About You You enjoy working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences You are enthusiastic about outdoor recreation and winter activities You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service You are dependable, energetic, and team-oriented You are open to learning, developing, and growing professionally You demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions Must Haves Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with children of various ages Team-oriented mindset Previous experience working with children, recreation programs, camps, childcare, education, or hospitality is preferred Passion for winter recreation and guest engagement is a plus
