Shepherd, MT Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Summer Program Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow during their summer break. You will be leading group activities, supervising recreational games, and facilitating team-building exercises.
Responsibilities:
Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for campers. Provide care and supervision for campers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and socialization. Manage group dynamics and ensure that all campers participate in activities. Provide feedback to parents and camp directors on the progress and development of campers.
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old. Prior experience working with children in a camp or similar setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations. Must have the ability to work outdoors and participate in physical activities. Must have a valid drivers license.
