Description:

The Arc Western Montana is seeking a creative, compassionate Activities Coordinator to lead engaging, meaningful day-program activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in human services while making a daily difference. The successful candidate will enjoy planning experiences, supporting others, and working in a collaborative team environment in a supervisory capacity. This is a Monday to Friday position, 8:00am - 4:00pm .

Starting Pay:

Your Role:

Supervise and coordinate daily activity programs Plan creative, purposeful group and individual activities Provide delegation and support to Direct Support Professionals Ensure accurate electronic documentation Support individuals during community outings and group events Assist with daily care needs, meals, and medication administration as needed Apply Mandt techniques to support positive behavior

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Compassion and respect for the individuals we support Dependability and a strong work ethic Minimum age of 18 A valid driver license held for at least 3 years with a mostly clear record Ability to communicate clearly in English, including electronic documentation Some leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Experience in Day Services or a similar program in, for example, elder care
