We are currently looking for a carpenter to assist our Resort Construction Project Lead in remodeling and updating homes we currently manage as well as new homes coming into our program.

Requirements include:

Carpentry experience Knowledge of using power tools Clean driving record Ability to lift 100 lbs Professionalism Availability Monday - Friday for 8-hour shifts (times may vary daily) This is a full time position and includes benefits as follows: Paid time-off: accrued at a rate of 40 hours in the first year, 80 hours in the second year, and 120 hours each year following;
