Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team and bring joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents.
What You'll Do:
Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities, programs, and special events tailored to residents' interests and abilities. Encourage participation and create a fun, inclusive environment. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure a variety of social, recreational, and wellness opportunities. Assist with transportation and set-up for activities when needed. Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and required documentation.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or certifications a plus). Experience in activities, recreation, or a related field preferred. Strong creativity, organization, and communication skills. Compassionate, energetic, and able to motivate and engage others. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
