Job Description:
The Life Enrichment Assistant in Memory Care @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed.
Schedule:
Part Time | Saturday & Sunday 8:30am
  • 5pm•(Flexibility for every weekend, every other weekend or 1 day every weekend) Pay Range $19/hr•$21/hr Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift •E xperience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia is a requirement •What will I do every day?
Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate Create a calendar or programs for the residents. Coordinate with the other Heirloom Life Enrichment Associate for program planning Assist in setting up Wellness and community events What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player High school graduate, Associate degree preferred Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors) Special Requirements/Certifications I may need? First Aid Certification (helpful but we can assist) What's in it for me? (Great Question!)
