Sports Performance Specialist - Full-Time Position - Cary Performance Center and Garner Locations Join One of the Region's Leading Orthopaedic Teams as a Sports Performance Specialist ! We're seeking a dedicated and energetic Sports Performance Specialist to develop and deliver targeted strength and conditioning programs designed to improve speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, and power.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and deliver individualized and group strength and conditioning programs Assist with delegated patient treatment and recovery procedures under the supervision of Sports Physical Therapists Prepare patients for treatment sessions and support their performance and recovery goals Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in orthopaedic rehab, sports performance, or athletic training in a sports medicine or performance training facility Working knowledge of medical terminology Ability to effectively present to large groups and motivate athletes Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Personable, professional attitude and computer literacy required Must be able to work cooperatively and build positive relationships with teammates, management, and clients Athletic performance certifications from NASM, NSCA, or ACSM (e.g., PES, CES, CSCS, EP-C)

Compensation:
$18-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience
